US Vice President Richard B. Cheney issues the oat of reenlistment to 30 US Military service members at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Vice President Cheney visited with service members while in Afghanistan to attend the inauguration for Democratic Republic of Afghanistan President, Hamid Karzai.
