Pentagon, Arlington, Va. (June 15, 2006) - Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld makes remarks at a Pentagon groundbreaking ceremony for the 9/11 memorial monument. The memorial on the west lawn of the Pentagon will have 184 cantilevered benches, one in memory of each victim of the terrorist attack on the Pentagon.
