A US Navy (USN) Sikorsky MH-60S Seahawk Helicopter, Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 28 (HSC-28), uses the top of the Louisiana Super Dome parking garage in New Orleans, Louisiana (LA), as a makeshift landing pad in order to conduct medical evacuation (medevac) flights. HSC-28 is part of Joint Task Force (JTF) Katrina, which is delivering humanitarian and relief assistance to the Gulf Coast victims of Hurricane Katrina.
