US Navy Equipment Operator Second Class (EO2) Michael Hurtado, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 40 (NMCB 40), Port Hueneme, California (CA), uses a 1150E Case Crawler Tractor to clear debris out of the recently flooded streets of New Orleans. The Navy is contributing to the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian assistance operations led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in conjunction with the Department of Defense (DoD).
