US Navy (USN) Sailors assigned to Fleet Logistic Support Squadron 55 (VR-55), Naval Base Ventura County, California (CA), load a USN C-130 Hercules aircraft with portable restrooms and other supplies at Fort Worth, Texas (TX), for delivery to New Orleans and surrounding areas in support of Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina Humanitarian Assistance Operations is led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense (DoD).
