US Navy (USN) Sailors assigned to the underway replenishment (UNREP) detail aboard Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75), heave in a line from the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Fast Combat Support Ship USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6) while preparing to receive relief supplies. The TRUMAN is transporting a Command Center (CC) and additional floating staging base capabilities for the hurricane humanitarian effort. The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina Humanitarian Assistance Operations is led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense (DoD).
