French Quarter, New Orleans, LA 9-17-05Jacci Gresham, Latanya Davis, Jolie and Richard Sevin start rebuilding their Tattoo shop. This is the first tim since Hurricane Katrina that they have been able to come back.Residents and buisness are rebuilding.
