Belle Chasse, La. (Sept. 10, 2005) Ð U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Four Zero (NMCB-40), transport a truck loaded with a 750-kilowatt generator through the streets of New Orleans to Naval Support Activity East Bank New Orleans. The Navy's involvement in the Hurricane Katrina humanitarian assistance operations are led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in conjunction with the Department of Defense.
